Rangers boss Pedro Caixinha has told his players they cannot keep relying on frontman Alfredo Morelos.
The little Columbian striker bagged his eighth goal in just six games as he struck the first-half opener for Gers during Friday's night's clash with Partick Thistle at the Energy Match Stadium.
But the Light Blues switched off after the break and and found themselves punished as Blair Spittal and Chris Erskine hit bag for Jags.
Graham Dorrans rescued a point for Caxinha's men as his late strike sealed a 2-2 draw.
And that left the Portuguese coach frustrated as his side once again let the chance to win three straight games for the first time since he was appointed boss back in March slip through their fingers.
Now with Celtic looming next Saturday, he has told his players it is time they started performing as a team.
Asked to evaluate Morelos' display, the fed-up boss replied: "The individual cannot be more valued that the collective.
"I'll say he was perfect had we won, the same with the goal for Dorrans had it been our third.
"The collective is more important and we must continue to work deeply on the details that will definitely take us to a different level."
Thistle were hoping to finally pick up their first win of the campaign but had to be satisfied with a second straight draw after last week's share against Ross County.
But manager Alan Achibald - whose side host Rangers again in Tuesday night's Betfred quarter-final - hopes the confidence his side can take from holding the Ibrox big guns can provide his team with the boost they have been looking for.
He said: "We hope so. We've had a tough run but should still have taken more points. We asked the lads to build on the point we got at Ross County and they've done that. They showed good character to come back from 1-0 down.
"Hopefully the confidence comes back. We just need to take care of the ball a lot better than we did tonight."
