The on-form winger had a good chance in first half saved by Scott Bain, but failed to get on the scoresheet as Saints fell to a 3-2 defeat in the Tayside Derby against Dundee.
O’Halloran was substituted with 21 minutes remaining to be replaced by Craig Thomson.
Azerbaijan Premier League

The midfielder finally made his first league start for Qabala as they beat Sabail 3-1 in the Premyer Liqa. Qabala now sit in third place in the table, three points off leaders Zira.
English League One
Harry Forrester (AFC Wimbledon)
Forrester came off the bench on the 74th minute of Wimbledon’s 1-0 away win at Blackburn Rovers, but is still awaiting his first league start for the club.
Joe Dodoo (Charlton)
Dodoo also had to make do with a substitute appearance, coming on with 22 minutes remaining of Charlton’s 1-0 defeat away to Gillingham.
Scottish League Two
Robby McCrorie (Berwick Rangers)
The Wee Rangers came from two goals down to beat Elgin City 3-2, with 19-year-old McCrorie again starting in goals for the League Two side. Berwick are now up to fifth place in the table.
