Partick Thistle goalkeeper Tomas Cerny has a chance of making the Betfred Cup quarter-final against Rangers.

Cerny missed the 2-2 league draw with the same opponents on Friday with a stomach muscle strain but did some light training on Monday.

Chris Erskine is suspended following his red card on Friday while Miles Storey is cup-tied, and long-term absentees Callum Booth, Gary Fraser and Mustapha Dumbuya (all knee) remain on the sidelines.

Rangers skipper Lee Wallace is out of the Betfred Cup quarter-final against Partick Thistle with a groin injury.

Fellow left-back Declan John has shaken off an ankle knock while midfielder Graham Dorrans has been passed fit after a weekend illness.

Kenny Miller will be rested while midfielders Niko Kranjcar and Jordan Rossiter both miss out with knee problems.
