WES FODERINGHAM (6) Keeper couldn’t prevent County taking a shock lead through Curran but made a handful of saves thereafter. Did what he had to do and played his part.

JAMES TAVERNIER (6) Didn’t have his usual influence in an attacking sense in the first half but got better after the break. His free-kick from the right led to the second goal for Rangers.

BRUNO ALVES (6) Portuguese stopper was back where he wants to be as he returned to the starting line-up. Should have done better at Curran’s header but was steady after that.

DANNY WILSON (7) After a stop start season, the defender is making the most of his chance under Murty. Second goal in as many games proved to be the winner as he headed home late on.

DECLAN JOHN (6) Left-back was kept honest by Naismith as the County defender got forward well. One teasing cross apart, he could have contributed more in the final third.

ROSS MCCRORIE (7) The youngster took up a midfield berth for the third game on the spin and once again produced an accomplished performance. Put in a real shift in a defensive capacity but showed his class on the ball as well.

DANIEL CANDEIAS (6) Had little influence in the first half but improved after the break and got an assist to his credit. Not his most accomplished performance but can’t be faulted for effort once again.

JASON HOLT (7) His excellent work rate gave Rangers energy in the middle of the park. Covered a lot of ground, made his tackles and was always looking to get on the ball.

JOSH WINDASS (6) Another mixed bag from a player that is capable of getting the Ibrox crowd off their feet or have them groaning in frustration. Can do better.

CARLOS PENA (3) Was as influential from the bench in the second half as he was on the pitch in the first. Far from good enough. Again.

KENNY MILLER (6) Striker only had glimpses of goal but had a part to play in the opener as he set Candeias free. Can be an easy target for fans but is always looking to lead from the front.

Substitutes:

ALFREDO MORELOS (for Pena) (6) Passed up a couple of chances within minutes of his introduction at the break but got the goal he had waited so long for to get Rangers back into the game. Will hope there is plenty more to come now.

JAMIE BARJONAS (for McCrorie)(4) Replaced his Auchenhowie peer in the middle of the park. Almost scored with a low effort from 20 yards.

EDUARDO HERRERA (for Miller) (1) On for the final seconds as Murty ran down the clock.
