Celtic defender Mikael Lustig is reported to be fighting for fitness ahead of Sunday’s potential title decider.

The Swedish defender told reporters in his homeland that he is suffering from a broken toe – but that he expects to be fit to play against Rangers at Celtic Park.

The defender walked through the mixed zone at Hampden earlier this month in the aftermath of Celtic’s emphatic William Hill Scottish Cup semi-final victory over Rangers with his shoe off and his foot bandaged but the damage is not expected to be substantial.
