WITH Steven Gerrard having brought in Allan McGregor and Scott Arfield and being linked with some big names, it’s obvious the new Rangers manager is wanting experienced guys who have played at the top level.
With this is mind, it will be interesting to see who remains from the current squad.
Jamie Murphy will definitely be there and I think he’s good enough to play under Gerrard next season.

But Jason Cummings (above) is touch and go – a real 50/50. I don’t know if I’d pay £1million for him.
I loved him as a player in the Championship but he hasn’t shown an awful lot in the big league.
He simply hasn’t been anywhere near the same at Rangers.
Gerrard will be looking in other places for a striker and Cummings as a back-up if they don’t happen.
