CELTIC

Celtic goalkeeper Craig Gordon has won his race to be fit for Saturday's William Hill Scottish Cup final with Motherwell.

A knee complaint has kept the Parkhead number one out since last month's 5-0 romp over Rangers, but he is now ready to reclaim his starting spot from understudy Scott Bain.

Stephen Robinson will leave it late before deciding whether to include Peter Hartley in his William Hill Scottish Cup final squad.

The former Blackpool defender injured his foot against Hamilton late last year and has not played since. However, he has returned to training this week in an attempt to win a place against Celtic at Hampden.

Andy Rose has shaken off the broken collarbone that has kept him out of late, but now has a worry over a calf strain. James Scott (broken toe) is also a doubt, but George Newell (fractured cheekbone), Craig Tanner (knee) and Ellis Plummer (broken leg) miss the showpiece occasion.
