Celtic will hand ex-Leicester City ace Danny Simpson a trial next week.
The defender, 32, looks set to head to Lennoxtown in a bid to win a deal as Neil Lennon continues his hunt for a right-back.
The Scottish Sun reports that Simpson will join up with the Hoops.
Former Foxes defender Simpson was part of Claudio Ranieri's side that won the English Premier League title back in 2016.
Meanwhile the Hoops strolled past Sarajevo in this evening's Champions League qualifier.
Goals from Ryan Christie and Callum McGregor helped the Bhoys through 5-2 on aggregate.
