Both Michael Beale and Ian McCall have made a host of changes for the clash between Rangers and Partick Thistle.

The host manager has rotated his squad for the Scottish Cup fixture with Allan McGregor and James Sands replacing Jon McLaughlin and Connor Goldson in the rearguard.

Glen Kamara and Nicolas Raskin are in for Ryan Jack and John Lundstram in midfield with Ianis Hagi, Malik Tillman and Antonio Colak all starting in a changed attack.

Similarly, McCall has tweaked his set up for the Ibrox fixture with three changes from the loss to Cove Rangers last time out.

Scott Tiffoney, Brian Graham and Aaron Muirhead all start at Ibrox with Danny Mullen, Aidan Fitzpatrick and Steven Lawless dropped to the bench.

Discussing cup expectations at Ibrox ahead of the match, Beale said: "Listen, you never know how many years you have got left in the game, regardless of where you are in your career.

"We are club that thinks we can win, thinks we can get to cup finals and we have got one to look forward to and we want to add to that with another one.

"When you get there, you want to be picking up the trophy as well. When you are at this club, it is relentless. Since I have come back, we have played 12 games and won 11 and we just need to keep winning."

McCall commented: “We will need to be at our best and we will need to play a different way, I don’t think we will be able to go there and play the way we did earlier in the season or more recently against Ayr and Inverness. We will need to play a different way."
