Todd Cantwell knows Rangers cannot afford any slip-ups as they look to regain the Scottish Premiership crown.

The Light Blues are only a point behind Celtic and have a game in hand over their fierce title rivals which could firmly steer the momentum in their favour.

There is also two Old Firm clashes to come during the league run-in. Rangers have yet to taste victory against the Hoops this season, losing 1-0 at Ibrox back in September then falling to a 2-1 defeat at Parkhead in December.

The 26-year-old believes that record must change and Rangers have to win every game remaining if they want to be Scottish Premiership champions for the first time since 2021.

Ahead of Saturday's tie with Hibernian, the midfielder said: "We need to win every game that we play now, it is as simple as that. We have to concentrate on the task ahead of us tomorrow, we are playing a good team with good players. The important thing for us is to focus on the next game and a big game against Hibs."

It was confirmed today that both Rangers and Celtic will allow away fans into their stadiums again from next season - with each clubs travelling support set to receive five per cent of the capacity.

Cantwell has welcomed the move but wants to ensure the change is implemented in a safe manner.

He smiled: "It (Old Firm) is a game that means so much to the fans, and having our away fans in is a great thing to have as long as everyone is safe."
