Celtic have a huge squad of players and whoever now comes into the club will have the challenge of overseeing the squad.

It is not always as easy as you think to clear out a team and the issue that Celtic have now is that there are so many similar midfield players.

It has created an imbalance in the team and with just a few months to go until the UEFA Champions League qualifiers get underway, it is imperative that the new manager is given an opportunity to get a squad together that he believes will be good enough to get the team back into Europe.
