Celtic are believed to have turned down another offer for Craig Gordon as they maintain that the Scotland internationalist is staying put in Glasgow.

The Parkhead side have also maintained that there has been no formal offer made for Moussa Dembele, amidst speculation linking the striker with a move to Chelsea.

It is believed that the Stamford Bridge side made a note of interest in the player and were told that Celtic’s valuation is £40m.

However, it is expected that Chelsea will keep tabs on the striker between now and the end of the season with a summer bid perhaps in the pipeline.

Meanwhile, one Celtic player who has moved on is Jamie McCart, a product of the club’s youth system. McCart has joined Inverness Caledonian Thistle on loan until the end of the season, while Nadir Ciftci and Efe Ambrose also look likely to secure moves away.

Ciftci is in the Netherlands in attempt to seal a loan deal with Nottingham Forest and Blackburn Rovers are believed to be looking at Efe Ambrose.
