SCOTTISH Premiership clubs are set to receive a record UEFA cash windfall thanks to Celtic's qualification to the Champions League group stages last season.
A record £4 million of solidarity payments will be handed out to top-flight sides on Thursday, providing a substantial financial boost.
Each of the 11 other clubs that featured in last season's Ladbrokes Premiership will be given a figure of around £370,000 - the largest sum ever to be paid out to Scottish clubs.

UEFA previously paid out just £400,000 in total to SPFL clubs in 2015 and have now more than doubled the £1.8 million sum that was dished out last year.
Neil Doncaster, chief executive of the SPFL, said: “This is very welcome news and a further sign that clubs prospering in European football is a boon not just for them but for others in the Ladbrokes Premiership, too.
“Having a Scottish representative in the group stages of the UEFA Champions League enhances the profile of the SPFL and brings financial benefits to other top-flight clubs via these solidarity payments.”
