CRYSTAL Palace are the latest club being linked with Celtic midfielder Stuart Armstrong.
The 26-year-old Scotland midfielder, who is entering in to the last year of his contract at Celtic Park, had been in discussions with the Parkhead club about extending his stay with the Scottish champions
However, little progress has been made, and Celtic boss Brendan Rodgers won’t allow the situation to drag on into the new season.
Palace, who miraculously survived in the English Premier League having looked doomed to relegation at one stage, are hoping to make a better start to their campaign this time around and are intent on strengthening their squad accordingly.
Armstrong has also been linked Southampton, Burnley and new boys Cardiff City.
