The 23-year-old netted 10 times for the Links Park club last year and follows goalkeeper Jamie Barclay in making the switch to Broadwood.
Bully Wee boss Jim Duffy said: "I'm delighted to have brought Stuart to the club. He can play through the middle or wide on the left and will offer a goal threat from either position."
Elsewhere, Queen's Park have signed former Spider Michael Keenan on a one-year deal.
The midfielder has spent five seasons in the Junior ranks but boss Gardner Speirs was keen to bring him back to Hampden as he builds his squad for a shot at promotion next season.
