The match will now kick-off at 12 noon on Sunday, September 2.

Meanwhile, Craig Beattie has denied his wage demands were responsible for a proposed move to Rangers falling through.

The former Celtic and Hearts striker held talks with Ally McCoist and chief executive Charles Green.

But Rangers signed forwards Francisco Sandaza and Kevin Kyle this week and Beattie's move did not materialise, with the Scotland international claiming Green did not share McCoist's enthusiasm for a deal to be done.
