Newly-crowned world champ Ricky Burns could take on fellow- Scot Alex Arthur in an all-tartan grudge fight.

Burns has already snubbed pleas from Roman Martinez for a rematch after seizing the Puerto Rican’s WBO super featherweight title in a unanimous points verdict.
