Miroslav looks to Klose in on Euro 2012 glory

MIROSLAV KLOSE insists he is fully fit and determined to guide Germany to Euro 2012 glory.

The Lazio striker, who is five goals short of Gerd Mueller's German record of 68 international goals, missed five weeks at the end of last season with a thigh injury.

However, the 33-year-old said: "I'm right on schedule and I am pain-free. I have a very good feeling we are well prepared and have a great team."

Germany face Portugal on Saturday, with Klose remaining cautious ahead of their opener, despite claims that Paulo Bento's side are reliant on Cristiano Ronaldo.

The forward said: "Portugal is not only Cristiano Ronaldo, they must also play as a team. If they want to beat us, they do it only as a team."
