Greg Dyke said the English FA is unlikely to back Sepp Blatter if he stands for re-election as Fifa president, but would not quit the governing body to bring about change.
Dyke, the FA chairman, was giving evidence to a committee of MPs regarding the controversial bidding process for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar. He added England would not bid for the World Cup again while Blatter remained in charge of Fifa.
