STEVEN FLETCHER is sure Andrew Robertson can set up many more goals for Scotland.

It was the Hull City left-back's cross that led to the only goal of Saturday's match at Ibrox.

Georgia keeper Giorgi Loria could only palm the ball to Shaun Maloney, whose shot was deflected in by Akaki Khubutia.

The 20-year-old former Queen's Park and Dundee United defender put in a series of great crosses in only his third cap.

Sunderland striker Fletcher said: "Andrew has a great delivery, you see that week in, week out playing for Hull City.

"If we can keep him fit and playing for Scotland then we will create a lot of chances and score a few goals."

Fletcher said he also enjoyed his partnership with Steven Naismith, even if the Everton frontman's finishing fell short of his usual standards.

The 27-year-old former Hibs star explained: "I've been playing with Naisy since the under-21s.

"We have done it before and we have done it in training, so it wasn't anything unusual for us.

"We're happy with the performance. We created a lot of chances.

"If we weren't creating chances we would start questioning ourselves.

"On another day a few more would have gone in. Hopefully we can take a few of them in Warsaw."

Fletcher is heading to the Polish capital full of belief that Scotland can get a result against the Poles, who stunned Germany on Saturday.

He said: "We have a lot of pace in our side with Ikechi Anya. Hopefully we can capitalise on that.

"If we play like we did against Georgia then I think that we will have a great chance."
