Ludogorets coach Georgi Dermendzhiev says he has spotted physical and mental weakness in Liverpool's team this season.
Former Reds defender Jamie Carragher suggested after Sunday's defeat at Crystal Palace that Brendan Rodgers' side is lacking in leaders and was too easily bullied out of games.
Dermendzhiev agreed with that assessment.
"It looks that way in every Liverpool game this season - and I have watched every one," he said ahead of their Champions League Group B match in Sofia.
"Liverpool have very high quality players and the only problems they have are in the minds of the players.
"It is only a matter of time before they play good football again."
The Bulgarians were denied a draw in their opening match at Anfield by Steven Gerrard's late penalty.
