CANADIAN Scott Pitt has returned to Braehead Clan for a second season.
The 27-year-old joined from German side Eispiraten Crimmitshau last summer, and head coach Ryan Finnerty is delighted to seal the return of the forward.
He said: "Scott turned out to be a real gem for us last season. He came in late and showed on his day he is one of the best offensive players in the league.
"He has great speed and great hands, and gives opposition defences real problems. Even though he went to Australia this summer, we discussed before he left about coming back and how that would work.
"I am looking forward to working with Scott again as we look to improve on last season."
Pitt is currently playing in Australia with CBR Brave, however he will return to the UK for training camp ahead of our inaugural Champions Hockey League campaign.
Pitt will wear #61 again and joins Matt Keith, Alex Leavitt, Stefan Meyer, Jamie Fritsch, Ben Davies, Bari McKenzie, Matt Haywood, Lee Esders, Jordan Cownie, Tristan Harper, Gary Russell and Zach Sullivan on the 2015/16 roster.
