SHAHDAROBA can demonstrate the David O'Meara magic once again in the Kettle Produce Ltd Handicap at Musselburgh.

O'Meara has built quite the profile as a reviver of fortunes and Shahdaroba has already felt the benefit of his handler's skills as he recorded his first win in the best part of a year when scoring at Nottingham in May.

That was just his second start for O'Meara but Shahdaroba has failed to build on that in four subsequent starts, although things have not always gone his way.

He hung across the track when well beaten at Haydock next time and he suffered a leg wound when beaten out of sight on his penultimate start.

There was much more to like about his recent fifth at Ripon when he encountered soft ground for the first time in a long while, but he just did not quite get home after trying to make all.

He remains on a mark of 82 which while a couple of pounds higher than his last winning perch, remains eminently workable and slightly quicker ground is a big plus.

Tourtiere can make it a course and distance double in the Scott Coppola Electrical Distributors Handicap.

The seven-year-old ran out a stylish victor at the track at the start of the month in the hands of 5lb claimer Emma Sayer but he will have Jordan Vaughan aboard this time, another who takes off a handy 5lb.

He won off 58 on that occasion and now lines up off a 7lb higher mark but given he was hardly out of third gear last time, Tourtiere can prove too smart once again.

Danseur Noble has hit the bar on his last couple of starts but can regain the winning thread in the Post Your Winners At bookies.com Handicap at Wolverhampton.

James Tate's charge struck gold at Southwell last December before running third on his next couple of outings, once back at the Nottinghamshire venue in January before trying his luck at Wolverhampton in March.

The winner that day has gone on to score again twice and while Danseur Noble is returning from a lay off, he should not be discounted.

Royal Irish Hussar was last seen when virtually pulled up in the Ascot Stakes at the Royal meeting but the George Pragnell Handicap Hurdle at Stratford should be much more his speed.

A Grade Two winner in his pomp, he has largely failed to build on his fine juvenile hurdling season back in 2013/14, although he has not exactly been heavily campaigned during that period.

Fourth over obstacles at Aintree in May, he has now hit his lowest ever hurdles rating and it could be dangerous to ignore him.

Panis Angelicus can follow up his easy Stratford win of last week in the MTREC Recruitment Novices' Hurdle at Sedgefield, while Welcometothejungle has obvious claims in the Mansfield Town FC Raceday 2nd September Mares' Novices' Hurdle at Southwell.
