HEISMAN can provide Jamie Spencer with a winner as the rider continues his wind-down ahead of retirement at the end of the year.

Spencer partners the Olly Stevens-trained colt in the Ladbrokes Handicap at Lingfield after riding him on two of his three career outings, including a Kempton win back in April.

The form of that victory reads pretty well, with no less than six winners emerging from those that finished in behind, but he clearly had his problem subsequently as he was then off the track until last month.

Heisman looked a bit green in that reappearance effort but still kept on to finish a close-up third, limiting his inevitable rise in the handicap to just 1lb.

That gives Stevens plenty to work with and Heisman will certainly not want for assistance with Spencer in the saddle.

Moiety is the pick in the first division of the Unibet Handicap following two good runs at Wolverhampton and Kempton.

Third on her debut at Dunstall Park, Moiety stepped up on that to win at the Sunbury venue, triumphing by four and a half lengths without ever really coming under pressure.

An initial mark of 70 is obviously not ideal, but it does not look too harsh given the strides Rae Guest's filly has been making.

Mia's Boy is on his lowest mark for a while now and can defy his advancing years with victory in the coral.co.uk Handicap at Wolverhampton.

Rated as highly as 106 back in 2010, he has been on the slide in recent years but his recent fourth shows the fire still burns bright.

He has not won since April 2013, but given he is 13lb lower now, Mia's Boy should not be written off.

Gracefilly struck gold at Kempton last week and can follow up in the Coral Mobile "Just Three Clicks To Bet" Classified Stakes.
