Glasgow golfer Marc Warren says he's back in the swing and ready for another tilt at the title in this week's BMW PGA Championship at Wentworth.

The two-time European Tour winner has managed only one top-10 finish on the main circuit this year but a meet-up with his coach, Pete Cowen, during last week's Spanish Open has provided a timely tonic.

Warren, who was sixth in last month's NH Collection Open, said: "I hadn't seen Pete since February so it was great to meet up with him again in Girona.

"It was good. He said the majority of what I was doing was good. There were just a couple of things that needed clearing up."

This will be Warren's eighth appearance in the European Tour's flagship event. A year ago, the former Walker Cup star was on the brink of the biggest success of his career as he moved to the front on the final stretch.

His campaign ended in disappointment, though, when he lost in a three-man play-off that was won by Italian youngster Matteo Manassero.
