THE Scottish Premiership is back, with two matches being shown live this weekend to mark the return of league football north of the border.

Celtic begin their defence of the title against Hearts at Parkhead on Saturday, with Sky Sports showing all the action from 12.30pm.

Pedro Caixinha's Rangers will be looking for a strong start to their domestic campaign after an early European slip-up and Sky Sports will be showing their clash with Motherwell at Fir Park from 1.30pm on Sunday.

Elsewhere, Arsenal and Chelsea face off in the Community Shield, the English Championship and Ligue 1 kick into life and there's a battle of the German giants as Borussia Dortmund take on Bayern Munich in the German Super Cup.
