A new Scotland home kit has been released ahead of Thursday's friendly meeting with the Netherlands.

Malky Mackay will be in interim charge of the national team at Pittodrie in their first fixture since the failure to qualify for next summer's World Cup.

And a new home kit was revealed by the Scottish FA on Monday with a blue shirt, white shorts and red socks.

It will be worn by the Scots this week as they look to bounce back from the disappointment of another failed qualifying campaign against the Dutch.

A number of new faces were added to the squad by Mackay for the game, including Rangers midfielder Ryan Jack, Nottingham Forest striker Jason Cummings, Hibernian defender Paul Hanlon and Aberdeen's Ryan Christie.
