Greece full-back Vassilis Torosidis is a doubt having suffered a knee injury in a friendly against Slovenia.
Creative midfielder Sotiris Ninis missed Greece's last warm-up match with a shoulder injury but should be fit.
Arsenal goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny is confident Franciszek Smuda's side can handle the expectation of kicking-off the tournament in front of their home fans.
He said: "We have played important matches and will have more important ones still in our career.
"I'm sure we will handle the pressure."
Greece lost all three games in the finals four years ago but coach Fernando Santos says his side will be tough opponents this time.
"The players deserve to be in the Euro competition and they give me confidence that we can please the Greek people," he said.
"We will show a will and desire. It will be difficult for any opposing team to beat us."
