MARK WARBURTON admits he knows little about Queen of the South ahead of Rangers’ trip to Dumfries tomorrow afternoon.
But the Light Blues boss is confident his side can emerge victorious and claim top spot in the Championship standings.
Both Rangers and the Doonhamers have taken nine points from their opening three league fixtures in recent weeks and meet for the first time this term at Palmerston.
Warburton said: “I don’t know a great deal. But obviously we’ve watched, I’ve watched a DVD of their game against Morton, I’ve read the scout reports.
“They are at home and they are unbeaten this season. They have confidence.
“But it’s about Rangers, it’s just about us. It’s about preparing well for every game.
“That consistency is important - prepare well, train well, eat well, sleep well, best we can be on the day.
“And we’ll turn up as best as we can on the day. Hopefully we’ll deliver a performance good enough.”
