LEE WALLACE reckons Rangers showed a different side to their game as they had to dig deep to see off Morton on Monday night.

Goals in either half from Kenny Miller and Barrie McKay clinched a hard-fought win for Mark Warburton’s side as they moved five points clear at the top of the Championship.

Third-placed Falkirk visit Ibrox on Saturday and skipper Wallace was pleased with a resolute showing from his side as they made it five wins on the spin.

He said: “Technically we weren’t at our best, and we are all aware of that in the dressing room.

"I think our passing and general possession was off and below our normal standards, but then you are asked the question how hard are you going to work and how resilient are you going to be?

“I felt we were both. We done really well on that side and we kept a clean sheet and we will move on now to the next game.”
