NICKY LAW reckons Rangers will show ‘no fear’ as they bid for derby victory at Hampden tomorrow afternoon.

The Old Firm meet for the second time this term as Mark Warburton’s side look to make amends for the 5-1 Premiership defeat they suffered at Parkhead last month.

Former Ibrox midfielder Law was part of the side that beat Celtic in the Scottish Cup semi-finals last term.

He netted the decisive penalty for Warburton’s side before Tom Rogic blazed his effort over the bar to clinch a memorable win for the Light Blues.

The 28-year-old is now with Bradford after he was reunited with former Gers gaffer Stuart McCall at Valley Parade this summer.

But he will tune in to see the action unfold from the National Stadium as the Glasgow giants go head-to-head for a Betfred Cup final spot.

“Celtic this year to last year are a completely different outfit," he told TV Yorkshire.

“The way they played in the first half in the first Old Firm game, I only saw the first half because we had a game ourselves, was brilliant.

“You see them in the Champions League, they had a disappointing result [on Wednesday night], but they competed in the Man City game against a top side.

“The manager, Brendan Rodgers, has done a fantastic job there. They play good football, they press high and they are a difficult team to play against.

“It will be difficult for Rangers after that 5-1 loss. They are in a lot better form now going into this one than maybe they were previously.

“I don’t think they will go into it with any fear. Knowing the manager and his approach to games, they will approach it how they do every game.

“I don’t expect them to anything different at the weekend. They will try and play their game and put their style on the game.

“They will hope that their game plan trumps Celtic’s this time.”
