PEDRO CAIXINHA hopes Rangers fans got a positive glimpse of the future at Ibrox on Wednesday despite seeing their side lose to Aberdeen.
Caixinha handed Aidan Wilson his Light Blues bow alongside David Bates before Myles Beerman and Jamie Barjonas stepped off the bench against the Dons.
Rangers will round off the campaign with a trip to St Johnstone on Sunday and Caixinha is keen to involve his Academy graduates once again.
“We tried to give our best with a lot of young players on the pitch who really did fantastically and they showed that the future of this club and youth system is going in the right direction,” he told RangersTV.
“The young boys will be part of the team for sure in the next match but we are about to finish for the season and now I have assessed and have a clear idea about who we can count on.”
