HARRY FORRESTER will have to get up to speed as quickly as possible if he wants to break into the Wimbledon team this term.

The midfielder has joined the Dons on a loan deal from Rangers and will turn out for their second string against Bournemouth on Wednesday.

Boss Neil Ardley said: "Harry has not had much of a pre-season. If you look at it, most of our players have six weeks to get close to it, but he has only been here two weeks.

“Harry will play for Alan on Wednesday in their game and we will see where he goes. How hard he pushes himself in those games and in training will determine how quickly he gets his levels where he needs them to be.

“Certainly, with the way we want to try and play, we need quick, aggressive, and dynamic players and he needs to get fit to do that."
