WITH several Rangers players plying their trade across British football this season, we take a look at how they fared over the weekend.
Scottish Premiership
Michael O’Halloran (St Johnstone)
It was a quiet week for the Gers winger, who was ineligible to play against his parent club when Pedro Caixinha’s side came visiting on Friday.
Azerbaijan Premier League
Andy Halliday (Qabala)
The midfielder played a full 90 minutes during his side’s 1-0 away win against Sumqayit, a victory that maintained Qabala’s hold of third place. Halliday picked up a booking just before half-time.
English League One
Harry Forrester (AFC Wimbledon)
Forrester’s first goal for Wimbledon secured a 1-0 victory away to Northampton in League One.
The winger burst through a challenge and fired a low shot into the bottom corner to win his side a crucial three points as they bid to avoid a relegation battle.
Joe Dodoo (Charlton)
A 1-0 win over Doncaster lifted Charlton into fifth place, but Dodoo played no part as an unused substitute.
Scottish League Two
Robby McCrorie (Berwick Rangers)
The young goalkeeper was in Scottish Cup action over the weekend, keeping a clean sheet as Berwich beat Annan Athletic 1-0 to set up a third round tie against Arbroath.
