TOMMY WRIGHT remains in the dark over what the future holds for Rangers winger Michael O’Halloran.
The 26-year-old is due to make his final appearance for St Johnstone against Dundee before he returns to Ibrox at the end of his loan spell.
But McDiarmid Park boss Wright is keen to retain O’Halloran’s services for the second half of the campaign if he remains out of the Light Blues’ first team picture.
Wright said: "There's no change. This will be his last game in the current agreement.
"The hope from my point of view is that we can get him back but I have tried to get hold of his agent over the last few days and can't get him. So it's something we will have to discuss.
"I have told my chairman I would like him back and if there is an opportunity I would like to think that my chairman could make that happen for me."
