Rangers manager Graeme Murty has signalled a willingness to discuss an improved contract with Alfredo Morelos after admitting reports of an £8million bid from China had left the striker "confused".
The Ibrox club resisted interest in the 21-year-old and could now look at opening contract talks with the Colombian, who joined Rangers last summer.
Murty said: "If he's happy with where he is at the moment, if he wants to talk about his contract, I've got a director of football (Mark Allen) who's fantastic about that kind of thing. I'll be there to talk to him about it as well. But we want people here focused on our message and what we are trying to do."
