RANGERS Under-17s edged out their Partick Thistle counterparts in Glasgow Cup action at Murray Park last night.
A double from Andy McKinnon, the first just before the break and the second on 62 minutes, proved enough for the young Gers.
Elsewhere, a Calum Gallagher penalty gave the Light Blues' reserve side a 1-0 win at Cowdenbeath.
