Simone Favoro has been voted Glasgow Warriors McCrea Financial Services Player of the Season in his first year at the club.
The Italian international backrower joined the Warriors from Benetton Treviso last summer.
The tough-tackling flanker was presented with his award by former Glasgow Warriors hooker Dougie Hall, who now works for McCrea Financial Services, at the club's annual Awards Dinner at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Glasgow.
The 27-year-old was chosen from a shortlist of seven players, selected by the Warriors coaching team, in an online vote by supporters at glasgowwarriors.org. Jonny Gray, Rob Harley, Stuart Hogg, Leone Nakarawa, Sila Puafisi and Ryan Wilson were also nominated.
In his last season at the club, Leone Nakarawa was voted the Denholm Oilfield Services Players' Player of the Season. The Fijian international second-row was named in the GUINNESS PRO12 Dream Team on Sunday night.
Zander Fagerson collected the Cameron House Young Player of the Season award. The 20-year-old, who has played 32 times for the club, won his first cap for Scotland as a replacement in the 2016 RBS 6 Nations against England at BT Murrayfield in February and in doing so became the youngest prop to play for Scotland in half a century.
The Capital Document Solutions Most Improved Player of the Season award was presented to scrum-half Ali Price, who celebrated his 23rd Birthday yesterday. He has played 14 times for the Warriors this season and has scored two tries.
James Eddie, who recently announced his retirement from rugby, won The Famous Grouse Coaches Award for his positive contribution to the growth and culture of the club, community and supporters. It was presented to him by head coach Gregor Townsend.
Stuart Hogg's performances for Scotland saw him win the Harper Macleod Test Player of the Season award. Hogg, who was voted the RBS 6 Nations Player of the Championship, scored tries against France and Ireland and had assists for Seymour, Visser and Barclay.
Mike Blair was presented with the Al Kellock Leadership Award for the work he's done on and off the field to help make other people better. Blair, who announced his retirement from rugby last month, will become an assistant coach at Glasgow Warriors next season.
Cumnock RFC won the ScottishPower Community Club of the Year award for their continued work in youth development within their community, supporting the club at events throughout the season as well as at matches, where they have played pre-match at both mini and youth levels.
