Mark Bennett will make his first Scotland appearance since winning a silver medal for Team GB at the Rio Olympics in the match against Georgia on Saturday.
The Glasgow centre, who was nominated for World Rugby's Breakthrough Player of the Year award last year - returns to Vern Cotter's line-up for the clash at Kilmarnock's Rugby Park after missing the Scots' opening autumn Test clashes with Australia and Argentina.
Cotter has made five changes to the side which grabbed a last-gasp win over the Pumas at Murrayfield last week.
Bennett takes over from Huw Jones, while in the front row Ross Ford replaces Fraser Brown at hooker.
Lock Richie Gray has recovered from a head injury to take the slot filled by Grant Gilchrist while in the back row Rob Harley and Ryan Wilson come in for Marcus Bradbury and John Barclay.
