GREGOR TOWNSEND made 13 changes for the RaboDirect PRO12 visit of Italians Zebre on Friday and Glasgow Warriors ended up 22-19 winners.
Now the coach believes his squad has the depth to mount a successful challenge on two fronts this term.
Tries from Tim Swinson, DTH van der Merwe and Graeme Morrison helped overturn a 13-0 deficit to set Warriors up for Saturday's trip to Cardiff.
Townsend said: "There is no point having a squad if you are not prepared to rotate and give everyone game time.
"We knew with Zebre not having won before they came to Scotstoun and would be playing with passion.
"Now have real momentum behind us going to Cardiff.
"The target is to get the win there that will take us into the Heineken Cup break full of belief and confidence, but we know the Arms Park will be a very tough proposition."
