JIM DUFFY admits Clyde have lost their confidence after seeing his side slip to the foot of the Irn-Bru Third Division.
The Bully Wee went down 2-0 to fellow strugglers Stirling Albion on Saturday and face in-form Queen's Park tonight.
Boss Duffy said: "We are not playing with a great deal of confidence just now. We understand that and we are not naive to that.
"But the players put in a lot of work on Saturday, there was no capitulation and they didn't throw in the towel.
"Everyone kept working hard and kept trying to do their bit but, ultimately, when you make basic errors, then you are up against it."
While Clyde head into the Broadwood clash on a low, QP are flying at the other end of the table, with victory over Peterhead at the weekend strengthening their grasp on a play-off berth.
Spiders gaffer Gardner Speirs said: "That is certainly the target. To be fair, Rangers are almost home and hosed, but the challenge beneath that is to try and finish the season as well as we can."
