PARTICK THISTLE are set to introduce a ticketless entry scheme to Firhill as well as freezing their season-ticket prices.

The Jags will return to the Scottish Premier League after a nine-year wait next term and are set to reward fans who bought a season ticket for their successful First Division campaign by keeping the cost the same.

Further details will be announced in the near future.

Thistle are also pledging to keep their 'kids-go-free' scheme in place for the SPL season.

Chairman David Beattie told SportTimes: "One of the things that we are going to be doing next year, which we hope fans will like, is bring in a ticketless system.

"It is an electronic system so you will have a card to get into the stadium, that will be done over the next few months.

"We are not far away from putting our season tickets up for sale.

"For those who has season ticket this year and what to renew, the price will remain the same.

"That is a thank you to our supporters and we want to repay them.

"For new season-ticket holders, there won't be a huge rise.

"And we are going to keep the 'kids go free' scheme for next year.

"For away fans, we will allocate a certain amount of kids-go-free tickets to the visiting club and it is up to them what they decide to do with them.

"We will have different gates for kids go free for our home fans and the away fans."
