Shearer hits out at England hopes

ALAN SHEARER reckons a place in the semi-finals of Euro 2012 is the best England can expect.

The former England skipper said: "I can't see us winning it.

"It's the first time I can remember when we've gone into a tournament without huge expectations.

"We didn't have a manager a month ago and we've had a lot of injuries."
