HEARTS manager Robbie Neilson will be in the dugout when his team start the Premiership season after being given a slap on the wrist by an SFA judicial panel.
The Tynecastle head coach was sent to the stand in his side's final match of their Championship-winning campaign against Rangers last month before being issued with a notice of complaint by compliance officer Tony McGlennan.
Neilson attended a hearing at Hampden this morning facing a charge of 'offensive, insulting and abusive language'.
Despite being found in breach of rule 203, the Hearts manager was censured with no further punishment, meaning he will be free to take his place on the touchline as the Edinburgh club return to the top flight after a year's absence.
