QUEEN’S PARK have completed a move to bring James Baty back to Hampden ahead of the new campaign.
The midfielder is the latest Spiders star to return to the club and will look to help Gus MacPherson’s side to the League Two title this term after they narrowly missed out on promotion last season.
Deals for Cameron Marlow and David Galt have also been confirmed ahead of the Petrofac Training Cup clash with Edinburgh City this afternoon.
And boss MacPherson is pleased to have striker Galt on board after seeing off competition to clinch his signature this summer.
He said: “We had identified David as a player we thought could add value to our squad however we told him that he should take a break after a tough season at Blantyre.
“He was in demand however he recognised that the advice we were giving him was right and knew that we would keep the door open for him. He has come in now and started working with us and agreed a deal.”
