INVERNESS Caledonian Thistle boss Richie Foran has been named Premiership manager of the month for September after guiding his side through a five-match unbeaten run.
The Irishman had fielded criticism early in the season after beginning the league campaign with three straight defeats, but he has turned around the Highlanders' fortunes in recent weeks.
A 2-1 win over St Johnstone at the end of August was followed up with draws against Aberdeen and Celtic before a 3-1 home win against Dundee.
Foran, who is in his first management job since retiring as a player in the summer, then led his team to a 1-1 draw away to Hamilton Accies before the international break.
Next up for Inverness is a clash against Mark Warburton's Rangers at the Caledonian Stadium on Friday night.
