The Scottish Professional Football League (SPFL) has confirmed the dates, times and television selections for the post-split Ladbrokes Premiership fixtures.

The governing body already confirmed at the end of March that the final meeting of the season between Rangers and Celtic would take place on Saturday April 29 at Ibrox, less than a week after their Scottish Cup semi-final meeting.

Sky Sports will show the game at Ibrox in week 34 of the campaign with kick-off scheduled for 12pm.

Brendan Rodgers' side have already secured their sixth consecutive league title and will wrap up their campaign against Hearts at Parkhead.

The final clash of the season between the Gers and Aberdeen, currently sitting in third and second place respectively, has been scheduled for Wednesday 17 May at Ibrox.

Sky Sports will broadcast Inverness' relegation clash with Hamiton, Hearts' trip to Rangers and Partick Thistle's Glasgow derby against Celtic before showing the Hoops' final-day fixture against Hearts.

BT Sport will show the Highland Derby on Friday 28 April before airing Rangers' trip to Partick Thistle and Aberdeen versus Celtic at Pittodrie.

The SPFL also revealed that Hearts' two remaining home games are on Weeks 34 and 35 at the request of the club to allow for ongoing work on the new main stand at Tynecastle.

In addition, the Jambos' home clash with Aberdeen was moved to Sunday May 7 in order to avoid a clash with the Hibernian v St Mirren Championship fixture a day earlier.
