A Glasgow derby is among the four quarter-final ties following Wednesday evening's Betfred Cup draw.
Pedro Caixinha's Rangers, who convincingly saw off the challenge of Dunfermline with a 6-0 drubbing at Ibrox, will travel to Firhill to face neighbours Partick Thistle for a place in the last four.
Celtic remain on course to defend their title, having hammered Kilmarnock 5-0 on Tuesday to set up a trip to Dundee after Neil McCann's side came out on top of their derby clash against rivals United.
Motherwell needed extra time to squeeze past Ross County and a Kenny McLean goal was enough for Aberdeen to see off Hamilton Accies, and the two Premiership rivals will meet at Fir Park.
Finally, Hibernian will host Livingston, the only team from outside of the top-flight remaining in the competition.
All four ties will be played across the midweek of 19, 20 and 21 September.
