KILMARNOCK'S Steve Clarke has won his third consecutive Ladbrokes Premiership manager of the month award as Stephen O'Donnell was named player of the month. 

The former Reading and West Brom boss led the Rugby Park outfit to four league wins in a row in March, followed up by a further three points against Partick Thistle last weekend. 

Killie triumphed in all three of their home games against St Johnstone, Ross County and Hamilton Accies as well as defefating Rangers at Ibrox.

Clarke also received the award in the previous two months after guiding the Ayrshire club from the bottom of the table to fifth place since takinig charge in October 2017.

Right-back O'Donnell claimed the player of the month award after scoring the winner against Hamilton and providing assists against Accies and County.

The 25-year-old has played every minute for Kilmarnock since defeat to Hearts on 12 August.
