WILLIE COLLUM will not referee at the next two rounds of Scottish Premiership matches.
The under-fire official has been overlooked for games due to take place this weekend and the following midweek.
Instead of taking charge of a lower-league fixture, Collum will be the fourth official for St Johnstone's match with Partick Thistle on Saturday.
His non-selection has opened the door for Greg Aitken to take charge of only the third Premiership match of his career, coincidentally as Collum's superior at the match at McDiarmid Park.
Collum has received widespread criticism following two recent errors in his most-recent top-flight games.
Red cards in consecutive matches for St Mirren's Kenny McLean and Motherwell's Stephen McManus were both overturned on appeal by the Scottish FA
